Metal Snow Stops

Ice and snow that accumulates on a metal roof can suddenly cascade down taring off eavestroughs roof vents causing damage to people and other objects below. The purpose of snow stop is to hold back and retard the movement of ice and snow on metal roofs. The metal snow stops are cut in two foot sections and staggers them where needed on the metal roof. Staggering the snow stops to allow the snow and ice to have room to melt safely off your roof without causing damage.
